Shelley is one of the most honest, hard working and transparent realtors I've ever met. Shelley took the time to know our wants and needs. Coming from living in various types of homes, each more unique than the last, we didn't want just "a house." We wanted something different. This took extensive research in a market when there wasn't much out there that suited either our wants or needs. We started to think maybe it was us, perhaps we were being to fussy. Shelley wouldn't let us just "settle" for any house she stepped up to the plate. She could see our frustration and suggested we go on our boat like we do every summer and she would keep looking for us. In fact, she told me we'd find our home while we were on the water. So we went boating, on summer vacation knowing we had to have our daughter settled in school by September. About a month later we cruised to Cape Vincent. Shelley e-mailed us a listing she was sure we would both like. I showed the pictures to my husband via our laptop and right there we made an offer by fax.
